This is a blue flower pot made out of sandstone clay which is ground up earth materials combined with other ingredients like silica. It was made by hand through a process called coil building. Which is a process of adding rows of clay in a circle and molding it into the desired shape row by row. A good way to enjoy this piece is by having it in a room you constantly enter and have it be in an easily recognizable space(maybe put flowers into it!). Or use it to drink out (non-toxic after being fired in the kiln). This is 12 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
